Itv x

Everytime that i have been watching itv x and returned to live tv the picture always breaks up the only way to fix this is to reset the box why? This is the 4th puck that I have had since December and this problems happened on 3 of them.

Try exiting the app (pressing back, back etc) rather than directly returning to live TV.

That will be the same for any app. Quitting the app by going direct to the homepage leaves the app open in the background, which can cause issues. Closing the app completely is the best thing to do before selecting a live channel.
