I've had Sky Glass for several months now.
i find it confusing when adding programmes to my playlist, for instance I tried to add a film to my playlist that had started 40 minutes prior, it was being broadcasted on BBC1, however when I tried to add it to my playlist, it took me to sky store instead.
So I had to watch from start instead, but doing that I was unable to keep it for later.
Is that normal?

Could just be the delay with the platform having to refresh the metadata from iplayer. Perhaps the last time it refreshed the film wasn't available on iplayer yet as the broadcast hadn't started

Re: Issues with adding to playlist
When you look at a programme added to your playlist, scroll down and you may see the iPlayer version further down.
The top tile often is the promoted one, with the other versions on channels and other apps if available listed further down.
Which film was that on BBC1?
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Open the film on your playlist and then scroll down to the section called Available Now. That should then show a Play On button for each service the film is available on, so you should see one button for Sky Store and another for iPlayer.

Re: Issues with adding to playlist
Thank you for confirming, I think the issue is that often the only alternative offerred that is visble on screen is Sky Store.
I experience a few issues like this, another issue I have is watching Live TV and pausing it, very often after resuming the programme and then forwarding the adverts, the programme jumps forward to the current time and I am unable to return to the original position, this often then moves to the next programme being broadcasted, and so I miss the original programme.
Apologies if that sounds confusing.

Re: Issues with adding to playlist
I just searched using voice and using the manual search on my Sky Stream Puck and it bought up the Abominable movie from 2019.
I added it to playlist and it had BBC iPlayer listed.
That was shown today on BBC1 early this afternoon, assume that is the one.
