@jane+fuller ITVX is working fine so it looks like a local issue.

 

have you tried rebooting the device by unplugging it for a couple or minutes?

Thanks Mark, it's been 3-4 weeks now and Sky have no answers. I've done all the resets, app refresher etc etc and still no joy.

What do you actually see when you open ITVX does it just show a black screen when you click to watch a show?

@MarkGoldsmith  the page loads but then when we try and view the programme, it shows an error message and return to Home Screen option. Sometimes, what we want to watch doesn't even show like right now, mr bates v the post office.
