New sky glass controls not working properly

We have had sky glass for approx 2 months and the remote control is playing up. When you try to use the volume controls it fast forwards or pauses. When you press the + to add to playlist it does something else. I have tried the short and long reset, changed the batteries and controls still not working properly. I would be most grateful for any advice.

If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement to arrive.
