I've been a customer since 31/10/23 & have had problems with the internet & tv! My tv keeps freezing, losing audio, losing picture & locking me out of the channels I'm watching! My tv is a new one when I took out my sky account. Could you please send an engine to look at the issues I'm have?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Merlin1 do you have both Sky Glass and Sky Broadband? If you have Sky Broadband do you have the Sky WIFI Max add-on?
