Has anyone else tried to contact sky, to get sky glass, but been sent in to a maze of nonsense, online enquiries are 'sorry we have technical difficulties' (for 6 months). phone calls send me a link to the page that has 'technical diificulties'.
I have been a sky customer for over 20 years, really dissapointed by the lack of support and customer service.
