ITVX and ads
The last week or so I've been unable to skip the adverts in ITVX. We pay for ad skipping and this has always worked until now. It just keeps saying unavailable when we try.

Hi @So17 It sound as though your Glass TV has picked up a software glitch which may well clear if you do a reset procedure by going to Settings > System Maintenance > Resets & Updates and then select the Restart device option. The procedure takes a couple of minutes during which time your screen will go blank until the Sky Logo appears.

Hi again @So17 something else to try is clearing the cache of the ITVX app. Simply open the app and when on the ITVX homepage enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7. There is no where specific to enter the code just type it into your remote when you are on the homepage of the ITVX App.
This clears the cache and should help resolve any issues with the specific ITVX app but whether or not it will resolve your issue is anyones guess (I have my doubts but it's worth a try and only takes a few seconds).
After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”. Select OK and the App will reset and display the privacy & cookies information. Select continue.

Sounds like the same issue users are experiencing in this thread with both itv and stv
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.
