Sky glass sound issues
Every time i turn my sky glass tv on the sound is up at full volume and it cannot be turned down at all. I have to turn the tv off and back on again and it will be back to normal. This winds me up so much as i have a bose sound system connected so its seriously loud when it happens. Ive tried doing power cycles as advised online , even left it unplugged for a full day and it still happens . Can anyone advise?

How is the Bose sound system connected? Is it via HDMI eARC from the Glass TV? Sound is sent digitally this way so the volume level would be set by the Bose system's amplifier.

It sounds like it's the Bose system that is causing the problem @chrisdrysdale If it was the glass tv sound settings then you would not get sound from the Bose.
