@Paul351 It looks like you've tried to post the issue in the character limited subject field and most of your post is missing, would you like to try posting again in full?
If the damage to your Glass was caused by you then you'll need to claim on your household insurance, uou're still liable for any credit payments for the original TV.

@Paul351 If you're trying to say that while setting up the tv you damaged it, you will need to claim on your home insurance for accidental damage and purchase a new one
if you brought the original on finance you will need to continue to pay for it
