I presume you have checked to see if the mute button hasn't been switched on by accident and that you have tried adjusting the volume on the remote?
Have you also tried unplugging the Glass for a few minutes to reset it?
If you have, then calling Sky is your best option and speaking to their technical department. They may have further advice for you.
