I have a very weak broadband signal. Openreach need to come and check the internet

The sound cuts in and out on the tv. And I have weak connections on my iPad

@Carol742  If the isue is with wifi as it sounds like then  Openrach won't come out just for that.

By weak... do you mean a low data transfer speed?

 

Who is your ISP?

 

What BB product do you subscribe to?

 

Where is your router located?

 

How far are the TV and iPad from the router?

 

Are there solid walls between the location of the router and the locations of the TV and iPad?
