I've been watching Discovery+ through my Sky account for about a month. Out of the blue, it's asking me to upgrade. I've signed in and been through the process, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Should I cancel the app and reinstall? Thanks xx

You need to check that your discovery plus subscription is showing in Sky marketplace. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus
Failing this you will need to speak to Sky as we are fellow subscribers.

You could try cancelling and resubscribing in marketplace. But not sure if this will let you do it immediately.
