I cannot get subtitles on live tv. I have enabled them in settings and then by the three dots .

I cannot get subtitles on live TV. I have enabled them on settings and then the three dots but not working. Subtitles work on streaming services but not live television. Please help

Is it specific channels that you are not getting subtitles on?

There are some channels that do not provide subtitles, some examples being ;

Legend, Great Movie channels, Food network.

No it includes what we call here Council telly I.e. BBC channels and ITV 4 and 5
