tv on sky glass help me pls

on my sky tv cant get the tv aerial on screen

Hi @phil00 

 

Glass deliveres it's signal over the Internet. Aerial is intended for backup use only. To access it you need to disconnect your TV from the internet. Go settings > network and turn WiFi off.

 

You will then see the areal icon appear as per this article:

Sometimes you do have to put it into standby and on again for it to appear.
