How long does it normally take to get a replacement Sky glass tv ? Mine stopped working 10 days ago

I have been told I will get a replacement tv but there's a technical fault at their end and orders won't go through. I've been 10 days without a tv now. I paid up front for the tv and it's still under warranty, surely it should be replaced straight away.

Hi @JTT 

 

We are all customers here. Usually they can place an order for next day but if they have had to request support from a back end team can take longer.

 

All you can do is raise a formal complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

My advice would be to call sky and don't take no for an answer until you have the replacement date ....
