I have been told I will get a replacement tv but there's a technical fault at their end and orders won't go through. I've been 10 days without a tv now. I paid up front for the tv and it's still under warranty, surely it should be replaced straight away.

We are all customers here. Usually they can place an order for next day but if they have had to request support from a back end team can take longer.
All you can do is raise a formal complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
