It's late so can't call anyone,have had sky glass for under 2 months,had 3 TVs and I've finally had enough.
It's latency it's not packet bursts in not poor broadband speed,it's shoddy tech.
I want sky Q back,and I want someone semi important to discuss it with.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@roger1949 As you've had Sky Glass for more than 30 days it's unlikely you'll be able to return it unless you can prove a defect.
In any case you will need to call Sky, they won't initiate contact with you. Even if you revert to Sky Q Glass TV will still need to be paid for if you got it on credit agreement.

Finally free from sky glass and credit agreement been cancelled,just waiting for the junk to be collected
