Hi @APWyerI had something similar on a Glass TV a couple of years ago but in my case it was a vertical line. A normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily it never came back.
Give it a try but if it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement TV (assuming it is still within its 24 month warranty).

Screen fault
For the past few weeks my screen has a horizontal grey/black line. The line is approximately 50/60% to the top of the screen.

Re: Horizontal Line
From my experience (which my be not correct!) vertical line tends to disappear with a complete power down plug out
horizontal lines can indicate a problem with a panel
as others have stated if it doesn't clear with a power down then a warranty claim may be in order

Horizontal Line in the middle of the screen
After a blip in the electric supply my sky glass t as developed and thin horizontal lines in the middle of the screen. As I've had the tv over 2 years but still paying for it they say they can't do anything to help me. I need to buy a new tv and they'd send me a unit so I can carry on watching sky.
Anyone else had this problem and have a solution?
I live on my own. The tv is on the wall and it's only on from 3/4pm daily. Nothing has come in contact with it.

Have you tried turning the TV off at the wall for a few minutes then powering it back on?
There is a long history of Sky Glass being affected by a software glitch which can cause a line to appear on the screen. This normally can be cleared by a full reboot, but sometimes not.
Your case may be different but it's worth a go. If it doesn't fix the issue then yes, sadly you will need to continue to pay for the TV and try to sell it. You can replace it with any TV and switch to a Sky Stream puck instead if you wish. This is a little box which attaches to the TV via HDMI cable and uses the same operating system as Sky Glass. You can switch your current streaming TV service from Glass to Stream quite easily.
