Help upgraded and confused

I ordered sky glass air - I added the whole home for £6 more and it is saying I now need to return my sky puck?
Also I added the upgrade the chanels to sky ultimate for £5 more and it still says I have sky normal

Have you checked  your  bills on the my sky app ? Did you order  them on line or over the phone, ? The more information you can give us, then another fellow customer may be able to help
