My sennheiser headphones ( the type that allow 2 people of different hearing abilities to listen to a tv at different volumes) will not work on my new sky glass tv, I was not told of this prior to purchase and following an engineers visit, who could not solve the issue.
apparently sky glass tv doesn't support these type of headphones or an appropriate audio port on the tv
Two visits to my local sky store have been of no help
any ideas would be greatly appreciated
thank you

The headphones need to be A2DP compatible to work with Sky Glass TV.
