Basically tv arrived this morning , I'm trying to plug it in , plug the cable at the back of the telly , plug the ethereal cable into the modem and tv , but the tv won't switch on when I press the power button. On the remote or either on the side of the telly

Hi @Madalina_97

Ok, so check that the power cable is correctly seated. Is the light on the side on the TV lit up? Try the recovery process outlined here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo

Namely:

1. Switch off at the wall

2. Press and hold the Standby button on the right-hand side of the Sky Glass TV.

3.Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the main plug and wait until you see the LED lights flash, then remove your finger.

This that doesn't work you will need to call Sky for further assistance.
