I have not been able to complete the setup on my Sky Stream. When I first turned it on it had a blue screen covered in short white dashes (glitchy). I did a hard reset on the puck which seemed to resolve that. I was able to enter the WiFi details but have now not progressed further than the software update stage. The software update says it has been installed, it changes to the logo screen and then becomes a black screen covered in glitchy white dashes. I have followed the online guides and done a hard reset (unplug, hold standby for 30 secs, reconnect, wait for flashing lights, leave on for 1hr, standy button on remote, turn off and on), ethernet cable connection etc, but everytime it starts up again it goes through the same cycle of update page, logo screen, glitch. This has been insanely frustrating. If anyone has had a similar problem I would appreciate the help.
