Cannot complete an order with Sky?

Hi,

 

I've tried twice now via phone to change our Sky package, we've had recurring satellite issues and finally gave in and were trying to move to Sky Glass.

 

One 30-minute call with a useful Sky employee, had everything completed and charge was paid for one-off cost but he was suddenly told of an error and informed he'd call back within 7 days. This was 3 weeks ago.

A second 30-minute call with a less useful Sky employee today, same process again of everything being sorted and then hit an error. Told me he'd escalate to Sky Glass team who'd call me back within 10 minutes. Hasn't happened.

 

Just tried myself online and had a similar issue, whilst also still being charged. URL is https://www.sky.com/checkout/error?c=glass&code=create.order.failure but just receive a blank page with a "We're sorry" tagline at the top.


Not really sure where to proceed from here? They've claimed it's a technical issue on Sky's side, but I'm not receiving any calls back and we've been unable to use our TV for over a month, and still been charged over £100 for the pleasure.
