Glass
My sky glass keeps dropping out even though my Internet doesn't happening every 10 or 20 minutes

How is your Sky Glass connected to your broadband? If using WiFi check the speed being received by the TV. To do this, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
Sky Glass needs a fast and stable connection of 25Mbps and above in order to function with any stability.

Access high bit rate UHD demos in nerd stats mode will show any drops in speed or dropouts of the BB😉
