Glass gen 2 wall mount

I have mou nted my 65" Sky Glass gen 2 to a wall however it is leaning out at the top. The bracket is fixed back to a suitable wall and the sag seems to be in the bracket.

Has anyone experienced this??

Mine does the same and I posted on here previously about it but got no response. Would be good to know how to fix it. As soon as you straighten it, the TV tips slightly forward again. (It's not enough to change the experience but still we want our flat againt the wall)

Hi @Creachka  and @mrwwt

Personally I have no experience of wall mounting TVs (glass or otherwise) and I prefer it sitting on a TV unit.  Seeing as you both already have your Glass TV on the wall you will probably have seen the mounting guide but just in case you haven't this is the LINK.

I suspect you haven't received an answer to your previous post @mrwwt as no one really knows the answer but I guess it should be flush to the wall and not leaning out.  Maybe it is just a combination of the weight of a Glass TV and weakness of the bracket 🤷‍

Does the bracket tilt?

Hey @Creachka @mrwwt

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Glass device tiltting away from the wall.

In order for me to flag this to the correct people could you please provide a picture of the fault. This will help gauge how bad the tilt is and allow the relevant teams to investigate.

Thanks,

Scott
