Hi all, so many on here with issues with there Glass TV of varying issues, so after endless hours of calls etc I have ended up being dropped because I wasn't able to answer the sky phone calls whilst I was in front of the TV , this was due to me being at work and the tech who was dealing with my problem was not on the late shift. Absolute joke.....Anyway what I would like to kn2ow is how many of you all have had any success?

This will normally invoke a call back from senior customer services (you choose the time) and they will work with you to reach a resolution.

I feel for you. Nothing's ever easy with Sky. Perseverance is usually necessary but you'll hopefully get a decent outcome eventually. Good luck.
