Gifted a Sky Glass

Hi, I have a stream account and I've been gifted a sky glass, ive factory reset the glass as it was previously used, but I can only get so far in the setup. I go to the activate page via the QR code page and input the 6 digit number but it doesnt do anything! The app on my phone says to check that the glass has activated and if not, to try again later! I've done this many times now!

I want to stop using the puck and transfer my account to the glass!

Any ideas?

@PLAHJ  You'll need to cal Sky to get the TV added to your account as I suspect you don't have the Whole Home sub currently and that is required to use 2 or more devices.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
