Turn the TV off at the wall. Wait a minute or two and power it back on, then try again.
The TV looks to be situated in quite a tight alcove. Make sure it can receive a strong enough broadband signal, preferably via Ethernet, otherwise you won't have a very good Sky Glass experience.
