Frequent losses of connections
My sky glass is now frequently struggling to connect. I turned it off, waited for a few minutes, turned it on again but it keeps going round and round without connecting.
It's really annoying. Your service is becoming inferior when compared to your charges.
Can something be done to fix it quickly and permanently please

How is your tv connected wifi or ethernet cable also what speed is your broadband to the hub. Also you can check what speed your tv is getting by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network this will tell you what speed your tv is getting, to watch hd channels sky recommend a minimum of 25mps to watch uhd channels sky recommend a minimum of 35mps and also an ethernet cable is more stable than a wifi connection any of these can be causing your issues

It's possible, your Sky Glass TV is stuck in some kind of standby mode.
Follow the recovery procedure as described in step 4 of this Sky help article;
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read
