BBC channels freeze and sound lags

Whenever we watch a BBC channel ( including BBC Scotland etc) after about 20m, the channel sounds cuts out for a second then starts again.

@Laura145Try rebooting your Glass TV. To do this simply switch off your Glass at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.

If that doesn't help try refreshing the apps.  This takes a few hours but is done in the background so you can still use the TV.  You will find the App Refresh in Settings > System Management > Resets and updates > refresh apps (do NOT do a factory reset).  On the odd occasion I have done a refresh of the apps I do it at the end of the evening so they refresh overnight.

We have rebooted once at least but the problem persists. Internet speeds all good. We have had one replacement box..... what now?
