Sound is terrible after only a year. Constant feedback - anyone else the same?

Real electronic 'feedback' (output audio being recaptured as input) would be very unusual, and I don't think has ever been reported here. Could you describe what you are hearing?

Maybe Feedback is the wrong word. There is a thumping sound on some words/ sentences similar to if it was blaring(?) It's obvs not blaring, not has it ever been. As it happens, it's starting to freeze when watching netflix

The most common audio fault on Glass is a buzzing on bass notes at moderate volume or above: this is particularly noticeable on the theme tune for Succession, as an example.
Glass has a two year warranty, so you should be able to get the set swapped out.
