@TriciaMc  You will need to provide more details than you have.  Any error messages on screen?

 

How is your Glass TV connected to your hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Most likely because of poor WiFi.

 

You may need to look at alternative solutions,  either wiring your TV to your router, or trying power line adaptors.
