Sound going on and off while watching prog getting bit fed up with probs on glass to begin with prog going into standby picture freezing prog switching off what's going on with glass I've had mine fir while now but getting fed up with all these problems 27 yrs I've been with sky instead of all the discounts to new customers look after her loyal customers and get things right

@jimbo005  I find my sound drops out for a few sends every now and again when I have the audio set to PCM but it does not do this on any of the other settings.  I currently have it on Dolby Digital + which is excellent.

Try some of the other audio option to see if any of them work without the sound dropping out.  If alternative settings don't help then it may be your WiFi not being stable enough so you should try Ethernet if practical to do so.  If not you could consider powerline adapters which you can get from Amazon for around £30.  If you do purchase some don't get the more expensive 1G models as the GlassTV and Stream pucks Ethernet ports only supports 100mbps.
