F1 race day live

Why isn't all drivers messages, driver to pit crew, in race, white text on black background? When watched on TV.

Ferrari is dark red and Red Bull is dark blue on black background which is impossible to read. 

Can the film crews/editors address this issue please

That would be an issue out of Skys control. The pictures shown by Sky for the actual race coverage are the world feed pictures provided by Formula One.

 

All the TV pictures and the on-screen graphics are provided directly by Formula One.
