I now have no tv, I am watching Sky go on a 10 inch tablet even after a 4 hour phone call with Sky.

I have the code to link my account but the Web address on screen does not work.  I just get oops messages so I am stuck. I hate Sky Glass, it has been a torment for the 2 years u have had it and even Sky can't get it to work. Any advice please 🙏 even if it just gets me off thus screen with the code on and back to settings

Are you running any VPNs on your device as this typically causes issues with accessing parts of the Sky website?

Have you logged-in to your My Sky account in the browser before going to the activate link?

I'm guessing you have already tried to access the site on a number of devices and using different browsers?
