Everyday, numerous posts all describing sky glass not working

When will sky admit that lots of sky glass TV's are and have never been fit for purpose.

Answer is they never will but will still charge you for the privilege.

How could that be? They're all built to the same spec. They all use the same firmware. I suspect most work perfectly well, apart from the odd glitch - just as you used to get with Sky Q.

Kind of in the nature of a support forum, really.  According to the Apple forums, iPhones never work either, which does make their sales figures something of a mystery...

How would anyone know that the TV is built to the same spec? Manufacturers change components as and when required subject to supplies...they are 'supposed' to be equivalent but who knows? The suggestion of comparing Apples products with this attempt of a television is laughable considering the number of products that both sell.

Yes, each forum of this type has complaints but just see how many they have pro rata to products sold. I wouldn't touch Sky TV with a barge pole.

I've had Glass and stream from day one and don't have any issues.
