Having said all that, it would be nice if Sky solved the root cause and got the 3 colour dots button working!!!!

On my Sky Glass Gen 2 upstairs the three dots work but not on my Sky Glass Air but that advice does help very much 👍

Now the cynic in me might begin to wonder if this is the opening shot in a campaign to 'encourage' us to upgrade to Sky Glass Gen 2 😉

It shouldn't work that way, I used to have that problem with the puck but you never know with Sky

nope tried that got sky ports watching in uhd, but no further than just stuck on that screen

Strange, I did the following steps and it worked

1. Select TVGuide/Sports

2. Scroll down and select Sky Sports Cricket HD

3. Select 'Watch from the start'

4. Screen reloaded in UHD

5.  Advance to the end to watch live

now watching cricket live in UHD

The Hundred is still not working today in UHD with the 3 dots option. Just press Start from the beginning of the broadcast. It automatically plays back in UHD. Just fast forward, press right directional button to the limit and it is then live.

I called sky about this and they told me this error code doesn't exist even though I was looking at it on my screen.

they were adamant the issue was with my router even though UHD on the cricket channel works using the workaround previously posted and this only seems to be popping up since they rearranged the sky sports channel numbers 

They were really unhelpful and didn't see to have an answer at all

Sky will try to make out it is our fault even though it is theirs. Sky Glass Air, Gen 2 and their pucks all have that error

they always blame peoples setups and wifi, never a fault with their perfect(not) service.

Of course not, I would like more people on here to complain and get their opinions about their service to get it sorted

pointless they don't listen, will never admit there's a fault with their equipment, despite all the raised issues and complaints.

thank god for the users here finding fixes and workarounds, else i'd have cancelled long ago, may still do at end of contract.
