Do I need to keep the packaging for my sky glass?

Hi,

Just wondering if I need to keep the massive box that my sky glass tv came in?

Hi @Thelostone

Panther (Sky's delivery partner) should have taken it away for you. You don't need to keep the packaging, unless you want to. Remember the Glass TV is your property, if you need a replacement under warranty etc, Sky will handle collection when they drop of the replacement, but certainly wouldn't expect it to be in the original packaging.

As @mikealanr indicates, in the event of a product return, Panther is supposed to bring packaging (although my first set was just dropped loose on the wet floor of a leaking Luton van)

It's best to take a few photographs before the driver(s) get hands on it.
