Re: TNT Sport on Sky Glass Playlist

GD1. I have not been in touch with Sky customer services, so there is nothing you have missed. When I stated that I had submitted details, I was referring to the forum page. For some reason these comments did not make it onto my initial post, which was my first on the forum, so it may have been  down to a lack of knowledge/understanding on my part. I had thought the whole point of the forum was to give Sky  customer services a miss for, whatever reason.

As suggested, I will check out the alternative route, so thanks for that advice, mikealanr.

@Garyglass  The only thing you've posted is "TNT Sport on Sky Glass Playlist".

That tells the forum nothing.  Are you asking a question?  Are you tellin g the forum you can add TNT to the playlist.

I'm afraid your post isn't clear at all so we don;t knwo what the issue is.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: TNT Sport on Sky Glass Playlist

Hi.

i thought I had explained the problem before submitting the issue.

What I was seeking was advice on watching TNT Sport from my playlist - if I don't watch a game live and try to watch later in the day, the game is not shown as available to view. It appears the next day, however - which often means I have already seen the result!
I subscribe to TNT Sport through my BT broadband deal, rather than through Sky, so I was wondering whether this was the reason. It may be that I need to subscribe through Sky.

Sorry for any confusion - probably due to me not having used this forum previously.

Hi @Garyglass

No this is down to TNT sports and just the length of time it takes them to make content available. This is broadcaster specific rather than in Sky's control. I guess you could check to see if the content is on Discovery Plus before Sky, email Sky viewer relations so they can bring it up with TNT (viewerR@sky.uk) or complain to TNT directly.
