I have followed as much online troubleshooting as possible but still Disney+ wont load on my Sky Glass: Error code 1017,
Powered off
updated Apps
Manually pulled the plug
rolled up a trouser leg while the TV switches on...
All other apps and TV work fine, any other suggestions?

Can you access Disney+ on other devices?

I can on my phone on my home internet and on a Freeview TV(so not an IP issue)
I get the same error on my sky puck attached to another TV

habe you also contacted Disney support to check if they can confirm what the error is ?
a quick google search didn't help much ... it's possibly an error relating to failure to authenticate your account on disneys servers ?
then only suggestion I have is too pull the plug from your unit overnight maybe.

The Disney+ account should be OK if it can be accessed on other devices😟

I didnt do anything and sky didnt do anything and then it randomly started working..
