It was there yesterday, but gone today for me,
I've noticed it's no longer listed in "Sky Shop". Wouldn't be the first time somethings popped up and then vanished only to return later.
Interestingly Sky say Paramount+ should be in the same place but isn't https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus?irct=watch-paramount-help wonder if it's because I've redeemed both?
Sky's help pages do suggest it should be there though https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Freddieboy69 Are you looking at the marketplace on your TV/Glass (not on a laptop/PC)? I have just checked mine and it is showing there for £0 per month. It does not show up on my laptop so you need to register through your Glass TV.

Hi @Fothergill1 yeah I'm using Sky Marketplace via the TV
As I said earlier, it was there yesterday, but not today, have tried the rebooting trick but still no joy

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Freddieboy69 Strange, I have just checked mine again and discovery+ is there on the left of Disney+.
Seeing as you have tried the reboot which often sorts out glitches I don't know what else to suggest.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will offer a solution. Good luck 🤞

It's still showing as available in Marketplace on my puck, even though I already have it!

Has anyone had the issue of the purchase for Discovery+ not go through at £0
i followed the instructions by going through Sky Glass - My Sky etc and Discovery+ was there at £0 - Selected confirm and it came up with an error and kicked my back the sky glass Home Screen?
Tried a couple of times then gave up
Any solutions Welcome

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anonymous I have been doing a bit of research on the ATV. Amazon is more expensive than my local Apple supplier 🙁.
I have a couple of question which I don't want to ask the supplier as they will fob me off in order to make the sale so I am hoping someone on the forum can assist.
1) If I took an Apple TV with me on holiday and I plug it into a hotel TV would I be able to log in and watch UK content (assuming I can reach the HDMI plug and the wi-fi is good enough).
2) They offer 3 months free ATV access when you purchase the unit. Would this be added on to the end of my current 6 month offer or run in parallel?

1. Yes you can take it anywhere provided you have WiFi.
2. Apple were adding the 3 months on the end, also the activation period just sits there until you activate.

- Worth noting that this is the case only in the UK. You cannot access iPlayer/ITVX/All4 and other UK-based content if you are overseas.

I'm sure many of us have been in a hotel where the TV doesn't have any English channels. As long as some ATV content will be available that would be great. I guess things like Apple, Disney & Paramount would be available once signed in.

Yes, it varies from country to country and with what kind of security the network you're connected to has.
I have two Apple ID's linked to my Apple TV 4K box (it's easy to switch between them) - one is a US-based ID which allows me to download US-only apps but the content isn't streamable on those apps unless I'm connected to a US-based broadband network either directly (when I'm working/holidaying there) or via VPN.
Apple TV+, Disney+, Netflix, etc will show you the regional based content for whatever location you're in.
