Discovery plus app on my glass tv is the basic free option. Sky tv assured us we would receive the same as on sky Q (standard option) after trying endless ways to update this and speaking to sky help for several hours we were advised sky were "working on it ". I have finally given up and subscribed to Discovery Plus and am now pay £6.99 per month. Not good enough Sky!

When you move from Q you subscription ends and you have to reactivate in Sky marketplace as per these instructions: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus

Did you try the activation process? If Sky are suggesting they there are problems with this still (there was a while ago), and you have had to subscribe via D+, I'd be asking for a credit on your account. Try making a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
