I had this too. Managed to get logged in by being quick on the remote to highlight 'sign-in' and hit select. It then took me to the normal sign in options.

Discovery + app on Sky Glass
when you get we care about your privacy screen
Click list of partners scroll through list and then click accept all
After Clicking accept all you can then click sign in
For it to work make sure you click list of partners for accept all to work

None of these options are working for me, I've trying to quickly click sign in before the consent screen appears and even though I get to the button in plenty of time to select it nothing happens.
When I click on "list of partners" nothing happens the screen stays the same, same if I click "show purposes" and the only button that does anything is "I accept" and that just has a circle whirring round and never loads another page. Has anyone else had this?

Just a quick update, I have been speaking with the discovery plus customer support team and they inform me that this is still an ongoing issue for them and they are still working on it, they couldn't give me an estimate on how long this fix is likely to take, but hopefully its not too long to wait!

I had the problem last week where my Sky Glass wouldn't turn on, over 24 hours later finally reset however since then I've been unable to access the Discovery + app, I've refreshed and rebooted but am stuck with a spinning wheel of death on the privacy page 'I accept - show purposes- list of partners' screen. Call times over 40 minutes

Also just wanted to add the text that appears says "0 vendors" when I try to see who I'm accepting processing my data.
I've gone onto the app and there are 87 potential companies who you're having to accept are allowed to access and process your information. I'm fine with Discovery having access to my information but don't know who any of the other 87 vendors are so just be aware when you're clicking accept that you're giving your information to companies you probably don't know. I've now turned them all off via the app and I'm waiting to see if that updates my preferences on the tv.

Cheers, shouldn't have to accept all if that's not your personal preference, just tried that and still in a spinning wheel of death allbeit now in a different screen 🤷♂️🤦🏼♂️

It took a few attempts. IIRC I might have selected the first supplier on the list on the left and then ticked consent on the right and then down to accept all and it worked.

Thanks. Still no joy but I'll keep trying, very frustrating! Over 40 minutes wait to talk to Sky too
