Has anyone had the same issue ? Discovery plus has not worked ever since I switched from sky Q to sky glass . Spent a week communicating with discovery plus team but it appears it's a Sky issue . I had approached sky in the first instance but was told to contact Discovery plus team but now back to Sky again . It's not a signing in issue ,tried all . Sky are apparently looking into this issue as apparently I'm not alone .

Yes I tried this , we tried several way different procedures with no success .
