Dead pixel in gen 2 tv

I have received my television yesterday and today I have noticed a dead pixel in the screen. Can someone please get in touch to resolve this?

Hi @ShubhamV

This is a customer helps customer forum. Sky won't contact you off the back of a post here. In order to arrange a replacement under warranty you will need to call them.

See this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home

Go down to the bottom and select need more help? You will see an 033 number. Unfortunately the forum software doesn't allow us to post numbers.

Personally I would send that TV back, a dead pixel on day one is not a good sign @ShubhamV
