Last of Us Subtitles

Why are there no subtitles available for this week's episode of The Last of Us?

Hi @Paddy444 Subtitles for "The Last of Us"  (Series 2 Episode 2) are working perfectly on my Stream puck.  I tried on both the remote 3 white dot button and in Settings with no problems.

Maybe restart your Glass TV in case it is just a software glitch.  You can do this through Settings > System management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.

Thank you for your reply but the problem seems specific to this week's episode of The Last of Us alone as I've checked other shows, including last week's TLOU and all have working subtitles. I'm not sure it matters but I don't use or have a puck, just a main Sky Glass TV. My hearing impaired foster son is certainly disappointed right now.

@Paddy444 That's weird.  By this weeks episode I assume you mean Series 2 episode 2 which is the one I checked for you, albeit on a stream puck.  Try the restart as I suggested as it certainly won't do any harm (I do it once a week as a precaution against bugs building up).  If that doesn't help you could send an email to the Viewer Relations team at ViewerR@sky.uk

Ah sorry, I should've mentioned that I DID try the reset as you suggested in my first reply. Thanks for the help. 😊

Yes, seemed it was just a one off situation that week and the subtitles were actually enabled later that evening. 😊

Roger that.    All I've got is French subtitles....    no use for one who can't ready or understand French 🇫🇷.   Time to swat up
