Daily loss of internet connection on sky glass

Hope there is someone out there who can help

 

my sky glass keeps displaying no internet connection, at least twice a day minimum. Everything else in the house that requires the internet has no issue. I turn the tv off at the mains, wait 19 seconds then turn it back on. Once rebooted everything is fine! 

Any ideas on how to stop this keep happening?

Hi @Cupcake09. It is probably just that your Glass is losing connection to your network when it is in standby so go into the Settings > Start up & standby menu and make sure that the option for "Networked standby mode" to ON.  I would also turn OFF the overnight power saving.

 

This resolved the issue for me a couple of years ago so good luck 🤞

@Cupcake09 If it isn't already, connecting via ethernet cable will also help maintain a more stable connection. If you are connected via ethernet then make sure WiFi is turned off in the settings.
