The thing about a credit agreement with Sky Glass is that it will saddle you with a long term loan for a further four years, at the end of which you're left with a very dated TV with little or no re-sale value. During this period the cost of the additional streaming TV subscription will undoubtedly rise. You will also need fast and stable broadband (at additional cost) in order for Glass to function at all.
Unless you are sure you can afford this then it's extremely unwise to even attempt to saddle yourself with more debt.
It would be worth speaking to Sky directly about your circumstances. In all honesty, if, like many customers, you are struggling with the cost of living, then sticking with Sky Q and requesting a reduction in your existing package would be a much better idea than adding more debt.
