Contract ending
I got a notification saying my contract will end in February what do I to keep it carry on I don't want it to end

Your service will carry on but the cost will likely increase due to your initial contract prices coming to an end.
You can check your future bills on your MySky account and if you don't like what you see you can call Sky and negotiate. They may (or may not) offer you some kind of discount to remain a customer. If they don't then you can give 31 days notice to cancel. Previous customers have reported that they then get better offers once cancellation has been submitted.
