Hi we've recently moved house and I can't seem to connect the sky glass to the internet. The glass finds the router and connects but says no internet. There was 35mps this morning and I've tried WiFi and Ethernet connection but still no joy. Thinking it's a port issue as I can access the internet and stream YouTube on phones and computer. Any ideas?

There could be a few things here. Although you have connected via ethernet ensure that you have disabled WiFi in the settings on your glass as it will still try to connect via WiFi. It may be worth while resetting the network connection and then just plug your cable in.

The other thing is the speed is very close to the minimum supported by Sky. They say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. Obviously there isn't a lot of headroom if your speed is 35Mbps.
The other thing is might be worth checking with EE if streaming devices are supported. I know with the backup broadband 5G router things like teams and web browsing work as normal, but Glass / Stream don't on the odd occasion I've had to fallback. Not sure if they limit mobile brosdband.
I assume you are waiting for a BB to be activated, if you disconnect your Glass from the internet and you have an aerial you will get some Freeview (DTT) channels. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-input-app-on-sky-glass

Sky glass tv needs a minimum of 25mps just to work on its own if you are only getting 35mps and you have other devices connected to the Internet then that will probably be your problem with the tv, I would say you need to have at least 50mps going to the hub and not mobile broadband but normal broadband
