Coming off a fixed contract onto 31 day rolling
How easy is this process? I'm into my last few days of the 31 day notice period after terminating contact. When this process completes and I have no active TV services, how easy is it to pay for a 31 day rolling service? Can this be done through MySky or will it require calling Sky?
Has anyone done this? I'm thinking of maybe resubscribing to some services over the festive period and then sacking it off completely in the new year.

Re: Coming off a fixed contract onto 31 day rolling
Hi @82bit
You will need to call sky to reinstate, there is no online journey for this.

Re: Coming off a fixed contract onto 31 day rolling
@82bit Had you simply let your discounted period end without cancelling you would have defaulted to a 31 day rolling contract.
You would now need to reinstate your services by calling SKy to go on a rolling contract.
